Our colleague in STS, Alondra Nelson (and the 2020 Morison Prize and Lecture in Science, Technology, and Society lecturer), has been appointed as Deputy Director for Science and Society in the Office of Science and Technology Policy in the Biden-Harris administration. It is great to see STS expertise being recognized and drawn upon at the highest levels of government!
